With the foundation for the systems set, now comes the fun part of tweaking and reworking. But before that we needed to organized ourselves, through a Game Design Document, check it out, it will have everything about the game, mechanics, story, background info that hasn't maded it to the final product:

The biggest focus this time was streamlining and simplifying systems, to make things easier for designing and iterating, we also start to see some animations, a mix of traditional animation with procedural animation targeting.
